On the nose: notes of sweet spices, stone fruits and chocolate.
In the mouth: the texture is silky and enveloping. The cup oscillates between milk chocolate and pitted fruits, supported by a slight exotic acidity, signature of this iconic Volcan Azul coffee.
This coffee is roasted for the espresso method.
