You will receive your order within a period of 3 days to 8 weeks.

Why so long? Our suppliers are located abroad, and they are stocking most of our products. As soon as we receive your order, we inform them. Either they have the product in stock, and they send it directly, or they have to produce it for you, and it takes a bit of time. When arrived in Iceland, you receive your order in less than 3 days.

An estimated delivery time will be indicated before ordering the product, in the product description. Most of the time, you will receive your product before this estimate delivery time, but we cannot guarantee it, and they are based on approximations.

In Iceland, orders are shipped by our partner Pósturinn. The products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer at the completion of the purchase. In case of error in the wording of the delivery address by the buyer, La Boutique Design cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery of ordered products for. In this case, the costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the buyer.

he price of the delivery depends on the size and weight of the parcel. Please find below the different shipping costs:

  • All Iceland Home Delivery XS ( < 3kg ) : 1.200 kr
  • All Iceland Home Delivery S ( from 3 to 11kg) : 1.500 kr
  • All Iceland Home Delivery M (from 11 to 21kg) : 2.200 kr
  • All Iceland Home Delivery L (from 21 to 31kg) : 2.700 kr
  • All Iceland Home Delivery XL (from 31 to 51kg) : 3.400 kr
  • All Iceland Home Delivery XXL (> 51kg) : 4.500 kr


La Boutique Design informs the customer that it's his responsibility to inspect and open its parcel delivery receipt and in the presence of the deliveryman. The customer will formalize its acceptance of delivery by signing the delivery receipt issued by the carrier.

Upon delivery, especially for furniture, the customer or recipient will necessarily proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier to check the status of products. If the product (s) damaged (s) or product (s) broken (s) resulting from the transport, the customer must refuse the parcel and indicating the abnormality on the right of return and inform La Boutique Design as promptly as possible.

It is important that the client reports on the delivery note the damage found on the delivered products. If these indications are not given on the delivery slip presented to the customer by the carrier, no claim will be accepted after the event by La Boutique Design.


Pursuant to Icelandic law, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal and return to its cost, the products that do not satisfy him (Except for customized products).

Products must be returned in their original packaging in resalable condition at : Kauptu Betur, Ásbraut 7, 200 Kópavogur. Any product returned damaged will not be refunded.

The refunds will be made within 30 days after controlling the product.
