Under the pines flourish the Olman coffee trees. We drew a specially profiled batch to extract a large espresso. "Natural" grains for the body and complexity, "washed" grains for finesse.The talent of our roaster adjusts the whole by developing just the right few sharp notes and toasted notes.A classic and contemporary espresso.

Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café, has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world, and opened a first store in Paris in 2009. The brand selects the finest coffees from around the world with the desire to buy coffees from sustainable agriculture as a priority, and to work on the long term with the partner producers. They bring the greatest precision to the different roastings in order to offer a "French-style" interpretation of what coffee should be.
