Specialty coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru. This cru is decaffeinated with water according to the Swiss Water method, a process that most respects the aroma of coffee. It is also the most sustainable, decaffeination water being filtered and reinjected into the city network.

Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café, has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world, and opened a first store in Paris in 2009. The brand selects the finest coffees from around the world with the desire to buy coffees from sustainable agriculture as a priority, and to work on the long term with the partner producers. They bring the greatest precision to the different roastings in order to offer a "French-style" interpretation of what coffee should be.
