Barely a hectare is planted in Geisha, on the prettiest plot of the farm, in the shade of avocado trees, mango trees, orange trees and other many endemic varieties of canopy trees. These geishas are the treasure of Finca Altos de Bijao, and benefit from special attention to fields and processes, which is needed to create cups that generate emotion.

Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café, has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world, and opened a first store in Paris in 2009. The brand selects the finest coffees from around the world with the desire to buy coffees from sustainable agriculture as a priority, and to work on the long term with the partner producers. They bring the greatest precision to the different roastings in order to offer a "French-style" interpretation of what coffee should be.

On the nose, the sweetness of honey and caramel.
In the cup, the citrus and sweet acidity is reminiscent of white peach. The enveloping and rich touch like a warm honey.
