Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café, has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world, and opened a first store in Paris in 2009. The brand selects the finest coffees from around the world with the desire to buy coffees from sustainable agriculture as a priority, and to work on the long term with the partner producers. They bring the greatest precision to the different roastings in order to offer a "French-style" interpretation of what coffee should be.

This coffee is in the DNA makeup of Terres de Café. Indeed, Yeti was the first coffee purchased by Christophe Servell in 2009!
The 2020/21 vintage is a sweet pastry. A slightly floral and quite spicy nose.
On the palate, a velvety body that announces greediness. Notes of Tonka beans, honey, cane sugar, milk chocolate, held by a subtle acidity and light notes of exotic fruits. A perfectly balanced cup of absolute delicacy.
Roasted in France by Terres de Café.
