Alejo Castro, a long-standing partner of Terres de Café in Costa Rica, has created Volcancito, a blend of the youngest coffee trees on his farm. The result? A smooth, fruity cup.

Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café, has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world, and opened a first store in Paris in 2009. The brand selects the finest coffees from around the world with the desire to buy coffees from sustainable agriculture as a priority, and to work on the long term with the partner producers. They bring the greatest precision to the different roastings in order to offer a "French-style" interpretation of what coffee should be.
