Maintenance advice:
Weekly suction of the carpet without rubbing. Do not use a hard brush. Do not pull on a wire that exceeds, but cut it with scissors. In case of spots, act immediately. Reduce the stain with absorbent paper then use a sponge or a clean cloth slightly soaked in water with a little soap with neutral pH. You can also sprinkle the soil of Sommières which has a good staining power and let act before aspiring.
