BOOKSTER Art Print "L'homme qui plantait des arbres" 42x59cm

8.490 kr.

The Man Who Planted Trees (French : L'homme qui plantait des arbres) is a short story published in 1953 by French author Jean Giono. An allegorical tale, it tells the story of one shepherd's long and successful single-handed effort to re-forest a desolate valley in the foothills of the Alps in Provence throughout the first half of the 20th century.

Maartin, a French boutique-consulting agency, created Bookster, a full book printed on a poster, including many of well-known French and foreign texts and literature. Each layout is created by a graphic designer / typographer. The Bookster can be seen as the world's biggest cheat sheet, an ophthalmology eye test, or just a beautiful poster.

Each design is made in France, with high-end Italian paper (brand Fedrigoni).
