Welcome to Kauptu Betur's return notice.
Want to send us back your item(s)? Please contact us to discuss a return or exchange within 14 working days starting on the day after the day on which the goods are received. Any goods returned must be packed in their original packaging. Kauptu Betur may claim refund from the Customer in case of damaged products or goods which have been used and sent without applying reasonable care.
You will be asked to send the products back to the address below:
We will then send the product to our supplier, who is often based abroad. We will ask you for a participation of 20% of the total value of the product for this transport.
What can I return?
Any items must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with intact tags. Incomplete, torn, worn, soiled or anything we may believe has been used will not be accepted.
Unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied, the following items cannot be returned:
- Any products that deteriorate quickly, such as food and flowers.
- For reasons of hygiene, such as, but not limited to, toiletries, lingerie, swimwear, earrings and any duvet or pillow.
- Opened cosmetics and skincare.
- Piercing jewellery.
As soon as we have received your return a refund will be processed within 14 days. We will send you an update by email once we have received and checked your return.
My item is faulty / damaged / incorrect
If you received a faulty, damaged, or simply not the right item, please contact us contact us straight away to explain us the problem. Best if you could attach pictures to your description. Our Customer Service team will respond as soon as possible. We will, of course, process your refund immediately.
